Marjoram is an aromatic plant symbol of luck, happiness and serenity. From the first sip, round notes are felt that envelop the palate with mild balsamic and soft notes. The marjoram is one of the many bitter herbs that grow spontaneously throughout the local territory, on limestone and white rocks, on the walls at the sides of the streams. These herbs help create a perfect fragrant balance for the palate.

The ingredients of the bitter Majora are: Citrus Aurantium (bitter oranges from Sicily), marjoram and bitter herbs.
