The bitter

Amara is a natural bitter obtained from the red orange peel of varieties Tarocco Gallo and Tarocco Nocellara that grow in the territory between Catania and the slopes of the volcano Etna. The infusion obtained from orange peel has extraordinary properties that add to those of the spontaneous herbal infusion. The other ingredients used are: water obtained by osmosis, alcohol and sugar. This is a bitter product produced in small quantities and without the addition of any kind of additive. The taste of Amara Rossa is unique and strong, preserving authentic Mediterranean aromas. It has an alcohol content of 30%.

Taste

 Amara shows an immediate sweetness with each sip, ending in a pleasant sensation of savoury, slightly bitter but very aromatic. It has an excellent drinkability. It is excellent to drink at the end of a meal or at any refreshing time. It can also be enjoyed as a main ingredient in elaborate cocktails.
