The Jägermeister is one of the most famous bitter in the world, designed and made in Germany. The liqueur is made from 56 plant substances, mixed in a balanced way to give life to the classic bold character, beyond the usual standards of originality.
The bitter German was born in 1878 in the heart of Europe by Curt Mast, in Wolfenbüttel. From that moment on, many generations have followed one another, but the recipe has always remained the same. The secret of a product so unique in the panorama of bitter: a winning formula unchanged for almost 150 years.
What’s in the bottle of a bitter Jägermeister? Herbs, roots, flowers, from all over the world. Each ingredient is made in 4 different macerates, every single drop is left to mix and mature for at least one year in oak barrels, the compound is processed in a modern alchemical process until obtaining the famous herbal liqueur.
How to serve the Jägermeister? Cold, very cold; the bottle of Jägermeister should be served after meals or as a companion in moments of meditation. The important thing is to enjoy it as calmly as possible. For a perfect service, the Jägermeister liqueur should be brought to the table at an ideal temperature of -18 °C.
