The special ingredient of 'Amaro Nepèta is the nepitella, which gives the liqueur its wild herbaceous notes that can be perceived at the first sip. Another ingredient that defines the essence of the bitter of the homonymous Sicilian company is the lemon of Siracusa IGP which serves as background to the primary notes, giving a slight hint of bitterness given by its peel. Artemisia, Citrus and Gentiana are among the other bitter herbs used in the infusion, which arise spontaneously on the banks of the stream that crosses the Hyblean territory. These are the final touches to create an original balance of flavors.

Amaro Nèpeta should be enjoyed fresh or at room temperature for an unusual after meal, as a digestive or in an original and refreshing cocktail.
