Clear and crystalline in color, the Caorunn Scottish Gin Small Batch by Balmenach Distiller has a fresh and delicate scent of flowers, spices and citrus. The mouthfeel is clean and delicately sweet, revealing a firm body, long and persistent. The Caorunn of Balmenach Distiller is a quality gin made with botanical ingredients, including rowan berries and only high quality wheat. The distillate originated in the Scottish Highlands, where the distillery is located, in the Cairgom National Park.

Fancy a classic and refreshing gin and tonic? The recipe is very simple.

Ingredients: Caorunn Gin, East Imperial Royal Botanic Water, ice and a lemon.

Procedure: Add ice to a Tumbler or Highball by rubbing the edge of the glass with lemon peel. Add the gin and complete with the tonic water until the glass is full. Before serving, decorate the glass with a slice of lemon.
