Sarpa di Poli is the artisanal grappa made with the marc of Merlot and Cabernet distilled from steam in continuous cycle in small copper boilers. Its herbaceous notes are enriched with hints of mint, rose and geranium, accompanied by the inevitable wine aroma. A full-bodied grappa whose sip does not leave the palate indifferent.

The Grappa di Merlot e Cabernet Sarpa di Poli is produced in the territory of Bassano del Grappa, on the hills of Marostica and Breganze, where the grapes from which the marc to be distilled are grown. Produced as an artisanal method according to the oldest traditions of the place, the Poli Sarpa grappa is pleasant and not at all pungent on the palate, as often happens with 'homemade' grappas.

This creation of the Poli distilleries has a natural and authentic taste.
