Rosé Planeta means to fully experience a rosé that best encapsulates all the emotions of a hot Sicilian day. A wine that is easy to drink and born at an altitude of 65 meters above sea level from a breeding with a cordon stalked, calcareous subsoil and from harvests that take place in the last decade of August. The production process is very similar to white wines Planeta: pressing with short maceration of 1-2 hours to obtain the perfect color of the bottle, decantation and fermentation in steel tanks at 15 °C.

Notes of taste

The rose that shines from behind the glass bottle has slight shades tending to copper. The nose is surrounded by a multitude of aromas among fruits and flowers. Finally, in the mouth stands out its vivacity, its freshness and all the aromatic bouquet anticipated by the olfactory analysis. A glass to be enjoyed with your eyes closed, recalling the best moments spent on the sea in front of a romantic sunset.

Wine at the table

The Planeta Rosé is paired with aperitifs and summer snacks, during simple meetings between friends. At the table it matches perfectly with fried seafood, first Mediterranean or oriental specialties.
