Terrorism and wine-making

Allemanda Planeta is pleasure, freshness... it’s Sicily. Born in the white lands of Noto, it arrives at the table reinterpreting the qualities of a perfect aperitif wine. The Moscato grapes grow on a light-coloured calcareous-clay soil and are harvested in the second half of August.

The white Sicilian berries start a process of decanting the must after de-racking and soft pressing; fermentation takes place at a static temperature of 15 °C, in steel. A wine to be appreciated young, vintage after vintage.

Notes of taste

The bottle Planeta immediately highlights its light yellow with slight green hues; to the nose it offers hints of rose petals, pink grapefruit and inviting sea scents; finally in the mouth there is an explosion of flavors, freshness, elegance and balance already from the first sip.

Wine at the table

Its fragrance and its soft-savory contrast enhance refined meals such as a shrimp cocktail or a herring salad. The ideal Sicilian white wine for a convivial evening with friends with delicious fish dishes.

Curiosity

The wine owes its name to Allemanda, a particular baroque dance that represents the personal and refined taste of the white of the house Planeta.
