Terroir and wine-making

The Kaid Syrah of Alessandro di Camporeale is a pure organic wine obtained with the grapes of the international vine that best suits the Sicilian terroir. The winery planted vineyards in 1989, in the district of Mandranova. The Syrah grapes have adapted wonderfully to the soil and climate conditions of the area, where they can offer the best of their qualities.

Notes of taste

The Kaid Syrah has a dark ruby color, impenetrable to the eye but not to the nose, where it intrigues with its rich notes of blackberry, black cherry, currant, cocoa, roasted coffee, rhubarb, leather, black pepper and cloves. On the palate, it is strong and velvety with its territorial personality.

Wine at the table

The Kaid Syrah Alessandro from Camporeale is a wine so overwhelming, soft and exuberant that it should be accompanied by important dishes such as braised black pork.
