Terroir and wine-making

Teroldego is a fine red wine born from clay-limestone soils with Guyot and pergola farms, from Trentino vineyards located 300 meters above sea level. Careful and precise vinification processes: manual harvesting of the grapes, fermentation in stainless steel at controlled temperature and final ageing in French oak barrels.

Notes of taste

The glass of Teroldego offers an intense ruby red with pleasant aromas of myrtle, redcurrant and spices derived from wood. In the mouth, its round, harmonious and soft character stands out.

Wine at the table

To taste the best Toraldo, the serving temperature is between 16-18 °C and the ideal courses are roasted red meats, aged cheeses and grilled. The bottle Sellaronda for a pleasant formal meeting.
