Terroir and wine making

The Perricone grapes with which the homonymous wine Eughenès Sibiliana is obtained are cultivated on soils of medium clay dough that characterize the hilly area of Trapani and that contribute to enhancing the quality of the final product. The grapes are carefully selected and vinified with non-invasive methods in order to keep intact as much as possible the natural characteristics of the grapes.

Taste notes

Eughenès Perricone from Sibiliana is a red wine with an intense ruby color that gives off hints of red fruits. A wine of extraordinary elegance that on the palate reveals a solid tannic base and a marked softness.

Perricone Sibiliana combines with pleasure vegetarian soups, tasty cheeses and meat dishes.
