Terroir and wine-making

Syrah grapes from the territory of Grisì and Monreale welcome from the Sicilian terroir its beneficial influences, which determine the innate qualities of Adhara wine. Once carefully selected by the winemakers of the Feudo Disisa winery, they undergo a maceration of fifteen days before fermenting at a controlled temperature and then malolactic in steel. The main personality of this Syrah from the Sicilian Lands IGT is the aging, first in French oak and stainless steel barrels for six months, then in bottle for another four.

Notes of taste

The intense ruby red colour of Syrah signed Feudo Disisa shows rich purple reflections. Slowly releases aromas of cherry and raspberry that transform on the palate in full and persistent sensations, amalgamated in perfect harmony.

At the table, Adhara offers its organoleptic profile to enhance, like a good Sicilian Syrah, the classic pairing with aged cheeses and red meat seconds.
