Terroir and wine-making

The Blanc de Blancs Brut Sellaronda is born from a clay-limestone soil with an exposure to south/ southeast, 250 meters above sea level. The excellent Chardonnay grapes are gently pressed and, after a cold settling of the must, fermentation begins at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. Finally, a refermentation on yeasts, filtration and bottling.

Notes of taste

The vineyards of the Dolomites impress with its delicate straw yellow and its fine and persistent perlage. The nose is full of citrus notes, white flowers and pleasant fresh grapes. In the mouth the taste is full, fulfilling and enveloping.

Wine at the table

An excellent wine to accompany aperitifs in good company. The Blanc de Blancs Brut is the ideal companion for tasty pasta dishes and fish courses.
