Terroir and wine-making
The Brut Réserve Billecart-Salmon is the outstanding result of the blending of three important Champagne grape varieties: Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir. A cassico blend of grapes from different vintages growing in vineyards scattered throughout the various municipalities of the Marne. Each grape is vinified separately for at least three weeks in small wooden barrels. The ageing on lees, in cellar for 30 months completes the organoleptic profile of this blend without age, composed of several years and enriched with a good part of Vin de Réserve. A carefully designed process to achieve the maximum result.
Notes of taste
The bubbles of the Billecart-Salmon Brut Réserve Champagne shine in a straw yellow color with a fine perlage. The bouquet of intense aromas of ripe pear and white flowers ammalia with fresh sensations that are confirmed on the palate with greater freshness, balance and harmony. A champagne certainly elegant and excellent structure.
