Terroir and wine making

Eughenès Zibibbo is obtained from the vinification of grapes grown in Trapani, in a territory historically dedicated to wine production. Here the Sibiliana winery makes its wines paying particular attention to the quality of the processes and the final product, which is never altered by invasive techniques.

Taste notes

The wine Zibibbo Eughenès is shown in a bright yellow dress that recalls the most typical colors of Sicily. The aroma is intense and fruity and releases delicate hints of flowers. The palate is soft, with a good flavor and a pleasant structure.

Wine at the table

The white Eughenès Zibibbo from Sibiliana goes well with Mediterranean dishes and fresh cheeses. It’s a perfect aperitif wine.
