Terroir and wine-making

Loose soils and porphyry nature are the background to the birth of the Muller Thurgau Sellaronda, a wine grown in the Cembra Valley with Guyot farms and simple pergola Trentino. After the destemming of the grapes and the short cold maceration that allows the extraction of fruity and floral aromas, the fermentation process begins in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The aging in bottle for a few months is the last stage before marketing of the Dolomites IGT vineyards.

Notes of taste

The glass is a bright straw yellow with greenish flashes. The nose offers delicate hints of lily of the valley, elder and sage that recall fruity memories of grapefruit and green apple. The taste is well structured, savory and intriguing.

A white from Trentino that conquers the guests thanks to its harmonious and elegant accent. A wine that accompanies all the dishes with fish, in particular seafood appetizers and Mediterranean grilled.
