Terroir and wine-making
Grillo Parlante Fondo Antico wine is obtained thanks to the perfect combination of family tradition and innovative techniques with which the winery houses the largest native Sicilian vines. Grillo Parlante is produced with Grillo grapes grown using the Guyot method. The grapes are harvested by hand, gently pressed and vinified in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature; it concludes the aging at controlled temperature of four months on fine "sur lies" lees, in steel and then in bottle.

Notes of taste
Sensation of freshness and bouquet of flowers and fruits: the white wine Grillo Parlante is distinguished by olfactory impact and pleasantness that evoke the intense aromas of the vine. A fine and lively palate perfect the acid-sweet balance of the fruit. A balanced wine in every sense.

Wine at the table
Combine the Grillo Parlante Fondo Antico with raw or cooked fish dishes, to cook with salt or fresh aromas. White wine marries micro-dishes at sunset, for an aperitif, at the optimum temperature between 8 and 10 °C.
